A 15% service fee (+2.9% to facilitate the transactions) is the only way Wandure makes money and is actually one of the lowest fees on the market. No commencement fees or subscriptions to use the platform. You have nothing to lose!

The platform requires no commitment whatsoever, so you can delete or unpublish your experience at any time.

Is the only way a booking is confirmed through direct confirmation by the experience provider?

Yes! You will receive a booking request from a Wandure user that you can easily accept or decline. Only when you accept the request is the experience officially booked/confirmed.

How much time do I have to confirm or decline a booking before it gets canceled?

You have 24 hours from the time the request is sent by the traveler.

How does the host-guest communication system work once a reservation is made?

We have an in-app instant messaging system that allows you to easily communicate with users and them communicate with you, without having to deal with countless emails.

How can I gain more exposure on Wandure?

All of our most unique experiences are automatically posted on the main page of the app and at the top of the search results when a city is searched.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Travelers can cancel 3 days prior to the experience time for a full refund

Travelers who cancel less than 3 days before the experience time are eligible for a 50% refund

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the start of an experience

Cancellations made by the experience provider results in a full refund to the traveler

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are made by direct deposit right after the experience is completed. This happens automatically.

Do I need to open the app everyday to stay on top of bookings?

No. You will receive notifications when you get new bookings requests.

Is there a review time after I publish my tour/activity/experience?

No review period. Your listing is immediately published and live on the app!

Is there a minimum review rating that I must maintain as a host before my experience gets taken down?

No minimum rating required. Although, maintaining a good rating will ensure you appear at the top of the search results for more exposure!

Do I get to review tourists?

Yes. We believe in equality!

How do I post my listings on Wandure?

Simply download the app and click the "Locals" tab. Begin creating your listing. It's super easy! Following this tutorial for more guidance.


There may be minor edits made to your experience/activity profile to simply optimize appeal to potential customers. The better your profile's presentation, the more bookings you are likely to get!
